3/4 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
Ener-G Egg Replacer for 1 egg
1/4 cup molasses
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 cups flour
Preparation: Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Cream together the margarine, sugar and egg replacer until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Roll the dough in to 1 inch balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until done.

Last Friday I dashed out to Mont-Royal metro to meet the lovely Catherine T. While I was waiting, I stood about 15 feet away from this young fellow, thoroughly enjoying his bluesy accordion stylings. Catherine T. bought a vintage camera from me for $10, which I then walked over to Scott so that I could purchase a CD. I've been enjoying it all dang weekend.
