This, my friends, is a mechanical calculator from the 1950s/60s: the Friden SW 10. Weighing in at about 35 lbs, it ain't no lightweight. You can read up on the history if you wish. It is only partially functional. It is completely marvelous - practically a museum piece, and certainly an interesting part of computer history.
