The wedding is in NINE DAYS so the Trove will be shut down after this weekend so that I can (lose my mind) work on finishing my brooch bouquets, (have a midnight meltdown) make 3 more boutonnieres, (drink myself to sleep) pack up all the decor items that need to go down to Dundee with us this Sunday, (fall and sprain an ankle) break in my wedding shoes...
*grins with manic cheer*
All that to say, that this Saturday afternoon will be the last day that the Trove is open for at least two weeks so if you'd like to pop by, please shoot me an email ;)

I'm really looking forward to the wedding photos!
I'm sure your wedding will be simply beautiful and all your careful planning and creativity will pay off. But for me, twelve years later, what stands out in my memory the most from my wedding are the unplanned, spontaneous little moments: the vase that all the guests contributed flowers to during the ceremony which suddenly toppled over, causing the minister to proclaim it a testament to the very bountiful love of our friends and family; the cork from the first bottle of champagne my dad opened which flew clear across my parents' garden and was caught by my new husband --- who could plan something so symbolically perfect?
Enjoy everything about your special day, and remember that as wonderful as it will be, your marriage will be the best part of all!

(Forgive the length --- I can't help but be gushy where romance is concerned!)
