****SOLD****I've a dear friend, another Treasure Trover, who occasionally has this to say about certain items I post: "I don't often say this, but sometimes I wish I were a girl." I've a feeling he might react that way to this delicately pretty vintage 80s blouse. Slightly puffed bloused sleeves, light shoulder pads, all in soft pastels. The peplum waist (see photo of back of blouse, below) begs for a snazzy thin belt!
