One thing I love to do with milk glass is create vignettes using tones from one other colour family.   For example, with the trio above, I'd play with purple tones by putting a small potted African violet in the 6" tall pot on the far left, a yummy heap of grapes, blueberries and pomegranates in the large footed fruit bowl (7" tall, center), and a scruffy glorious bunch of fall chrysanthemums in the 8" tall vase on the right.
