Vintage glass cloche or dome, with a pretty tapered bellshape and a small spherical knob. It can be used to present a nice small cake, or to protect and display a collectible item. I used it in conjunction with the terra cotta base to keep a few small succulent plants - but then an adventuresome kitten started showing too avid an interest in the set up, so onto the Trove it goes! (The cloche, not the kitten - recently renamed 'Mayhem!')
